Tribute to Late Shri Hemonta Singh (18 years) from Nagaon, whose kidneys were donated, saving two lives.

ROTTO would function as a main centre in North East India under NOTTO (National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation) for activities of coordination and networking for procurement, distribution and transplantation of organs and tissues.
